Foulad Fam Company is a leading manufacturer of nuts, spring fasteners, spring-band hose clips, hose clamps and automotive components, including pedal boxes, with a privileged position in the production of various metal parts for the country's industries, in order to increase value for stakeholders, improve customer satisfaction and elevate Foulad Fam brand to the following principles in the field of quality:

  • Establish, maintain, implement and monitor all structured organizational procedures, in the form of management system documentation in order to increase the reliability of organizational work processes and maintain and improve organizational knowledge,
  • Upgrading the position of internal auditors, increasing the acceptable quality level (AQL) of audits and finally achieving maximum utilization of internal audits, as well as issuing corrective / preventive measures and ensuring their effective performance and improve the implementation of management system requirements.
  • Establishing new quality requirements effectively and in accordance with the demands of new domestic and foreign customers in the core of the management system and paying attention to quality as the main commitment of the organization to customers to achieve world-class quality,
