Heat treatment lines

In the existing continuous and batch furnaces, various processes such as quenching, tempering, carbonization, austempering, martempering, normalization and stressing are performed, each of which has a special impact on the structure of phases and increases the strength as well as creating a spring structure in related parts.

Coating lines include dock (zinc-flake) and electrostatic coatings

Coating processes including electrostatic paint, galvanizing, chromate and Geomet, has made it possible for Foulad Fam to provide the parts with the best possible coating according to customer requirements. .
Continuous lines of electrostatic paint, by performing various fully mechanized steps, create an impermeable coating on the parts.

Cold, galvanized and phosphorus plating processes create a layer on the surface of the joints to protect the parts from corrosion and rust against moisture.
The work cover unit is equipped with Geomet coating line. This coating line with water-based chemical formulation is free of chromium and is environmentally friendly, due to the up-to-date technical knowledge used in it; it has other unique advantages such as high corrosion resistance, no need to cover the last layer, no hydrogen brittleness and maintaining efficiency at high temperatures.
